1. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets, expand customer base, and achieve sales targets for switchgear products.

2. Identify and prioritize target industries, customers, and geographic regions for switchgear product sales, based on market research and analysis.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including electrical contractors, engineering firms, utilities, and end-users, to understand their needs and promote our switchgear solutions.

4. Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, including participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads and establish partnerships.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and engineering, to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with company objectives and customer requirements.

6. Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the switchgear market, and recommend strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

7. Prepare and present business proposals, sales forecasts, and progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

8. Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale with customers, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies and standards.

9. Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and technological advancements related to switchgear products, and incorporate relevant insights into business development strategies.

10. Mentor and provide guidance to sales teams, distributors, and channel partners to enhance their understanding of switchgear products and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales roles within the electrical industry, with a focus on switchgear products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing effective business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software; experience with market analysis tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
