Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.

**Profile Introduction**:
As a Guest Relations in our hotel, you will be a key ambassador for exceptional guest experiences. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that guests feel welcomed, valued, and attended to throughout their stay. You will be the face of hospitality, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Welcome and Check-In**:

- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Efficiently handle check-in procedures, ensuring accuracy of guest information.
- **Guest Assistance**:

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain open lines of communication with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs.
- **Special Requests**:

- Handle special requests and arrangements, such as room preferences, transportation, and dining reservations.
- **Check-Out**:

- Facilitate the check-out process, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Solicit feedback from guests and use it to continually improve service quality.
- Address negative feedback promptly and professionally.
- **Events and Celebrations**:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating special events, celebrations, and conferences hosted by guests.
- **Security and Safety**:

- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel procedures and protocols.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
