1) Looking overall administration
2) Coordinate with vendors for Equipment servicing, AMC agreement and maintain reports.
3) Looking Repair and Maintenance of Office Equipments, Furniture.
4) Office space management.
5) Handling petty cash & maintaining the expense records.
6)Arrangements for functions (Meeting, programmes)
7) Paying utility bills in coordination with accounts department.
8) Placing timely orders for Stationary, with vendor as per monthly requirement.
9) Supervision on Maintenance & Housekeeping team & Coordinate with them to complete day to day activities.
10) Sharing various reports, MIS with management related to administration
11) Guest house management
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolhapur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
