Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Assist in property listings and market research.

Support real estate agents in property showings and client meetings.

Draft and proofread property marketing materials and listings.

Conduct comparative market analysis to support pricing recommendations.

Update and maintain property databases and client records.

Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing documents.

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with real estate databases (e.g., MLS).

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Availability to work [number of hours per week] during regular business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship or coursework in real estate or property management.

Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

Fluency in Hindi & English
