Key Responsibilities:
Process Implementation:

- Ensure the timely and effective implementation of decisions made during meetings. - Support the General Manager (GM) in implementing and optimizing business processes. Event/Campaign Coordination:

- Coordinate and oversee events /campaigns for Maharani Wedding Collections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Meeting Coordination:

- Attend meetings with the GM, note decision points, and ensure their timely implementation.
- Conduct meetings independently when required and drive actionable outcomes. Implementation and Coordination with Management Consultants
- Work closely with Paddle Business consultants for system implementations and improvements.
- Ensure the integration of efficient systems to enhance overall business operations.

Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide guidance and support for team members to achieve operational goals.

System and Decision Support:

- Support the GM in the implementation of new systems and decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the GM to ensure seamless integration of new processes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct data analysis, particularly in sales, and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement data-driven strategies.
- Daily work update with management (PFD and EOD)

Skills & Qualifications Required Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Management

**Salary**: Up to ₹55,479.89 per month
