Key Responsibilities:

Process Implementation:

  • Ensure the timely and effective implementation of decisions made during meetings.
  • Support the General Manager (GM) in implementing and optimizing business processes.

Event/Campaign Coordination:

  • Coordinate and oversee events /campaigns for Maharani Wedding Collections.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns

Meeting Coordination:

  • Attend meetings with the GM, note decision points, and ensure their timely implementation.
  • Conduct meetings independently when required and drive actionable outcomes. Implementation and Coordination with Management Consultants
  • Work closely with Paddle Business consultants for system implementations and improvements.
  • Ensure the integration of efficient systems to enhance overall business operations.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support for team members to achieve operational goals.

System and Decision Support:

  • Support the GM in the implementation of new systems and decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the GM to ensure seamless integration of new processes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct data analysis, particularly in sales, and provide valuable insights for decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to implement datadriven strategies.
  • Daily work update with management (PFD and EOD)

Skills & Qualifications Required Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Management

Salary:
Up to ₹55,479.89 per month
