Tools Experience Needed: Office 365 Power Platform (Powerapps, Power Automate, Power BI) with added advantage of Python & other RPA tools

Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and M language, with hands-on experience in developing Power BI solutions.

Power Automate: Proficiency in utilizing Power Automate (formerly known as Microsoft Flow) to automate data workflows and integrate data from various sources, enhancing data processes within Power BI.

PowerApps: Proficiency in utilizing PowerApps to build apps that integrate with data from various sources

Data Modeling and ETL: Proficient in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes, with the ability to design and maintain efficient data models for analysis.

Data Visualization: Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and UI/UX principles, with the capacity to create compelling and intuitive dashboards and reports.

Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to derive insights from complex datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and insights to foster effective teamwork.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and industry-specific challenges to tailor data solutions accordingly.
