- **Experience - 1 to 3 years**_

**Job Responsibility**

Meeting revenue targets

Maintaining a healthy NBD pipeline

NBD for India and International distribution

Accountable for collection of accounts receivables

Retention of and upselling to existing clients

Participates in new business brainstorms and drafting new business proposals.

Takes part in new business pitches and presentations to new business prospects

Manages client programs and ensures they are kept within budget.

Ensures that all activities carried out for clients are properly documented and status reports are submitted.

Oversees account administration duties such as billing, and activity reports are completed correctly and on time

Effectively delegates tasks and oversees quality implementation.

Takes an active interest in staff development and provides on-the-job training to team members on day-to-day account management.

Keeps immediate supervisors briefed on the performance, ensuring recognition of good performance and that any concerns are addressed in a timely fashion.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
