Responsible for Change Management processes both internal and external requestors across the business.
- Daily reporting on Change as required for monitoring.
- Continual Service Improvement within the Change Management process
- Reviewing change request post submissions and ensuring quality and liaising with the request submitter to correct if any issues.
- Preparing agenda for CAB meeting and consolidating the CRs records during the week
- Post CAB discussion follow up with the requestor for submitting the details if found missing during the discussion and ensure all CRs approved/Reject in the tool on the same day,
- Scheduling changes, ensuring agreed conditions are fulfilled and updating schedules of change.
- Acting as an escalation point for the Change Management process.
- Lead and co-ordinate post-implementation review activities where required
- Reporting requirements for monthly and quarterly service reviews.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the process with resolver groups and CAB members.
- Responsible for working & Functioning of CR Module in ITSM tool (ServiceNow)
- Responsible to own all the changes required from time to time in CR module
