As the Growth Associate: School Operations, you will be responsible for:

- Program Management
- Drive the delivery of school career guidance initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Scheduling and management of deliverables with Career Coaches
- Operational assistance for on ground associates before and after events/programs
- Analyzes, designs, documents, and implements internal reporting systems and procedures for the organisation
- Designs, coordinates, and implements training programs for personnel within the organisation
- Monitor user engagement and ideate customised strategies to drive student engagement

**Client Engagement Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including school leaders, parents, counsellors and other internal cross functional teams**

**Responsible for execution of all operations & administrative tasks**

**Communication and management of deliverables with the school stakeholders**

**Relationships and Representation**
**Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders**
**Be a key and responsive point of contact and represent Mindler to a wide variety of people and organisations**
**Establish regular feedback cycles with various stakeholders**
**Build and develop cross-organisational relationships to facilitate the achievement of operational plan**
**Provides strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within the specified functional area of focus.**
