Qualifications : Hs or any Graduate with Minimum experience of 1 to 1.5 experience in collection/ field sales, group formation etc

Field Sales Activities:
1 Generate leads and identify potential customers for banking products such as loans, deposits, and other services.

2 Conduct door-to-door sales visits to promote and sell banking products and services.

3 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Field Collection Activities:
1 Perform on-field cash collection for loan installments, overdue payments, and other collections.

2 Ensure timely cash deposits at designated bank branches or collection centers.

3 Maintain accurate records of all cash collection activities and provide daily reports.

Loan Installment Collections:
1 Visit customers for loan recovery and ensure timely repayment of loan installments.

2 Address customer queries or issues regarding repayment schedules and loan terms.

Documentation and Compliance:
1 Collect, verify, and submit customer documentation required for loan approvals and other banking services.

2 Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during documentation and cash handling.

Customer Service:
1 Provide assistance to customers in understanding banking products and repayment options.

2 Resolve field-related customer issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to the relevant department.

2 Customer-focused approach with the ability to maintain professionalism in difficult conversations.

3 High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

4 Organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines.

5 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
