**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research**: Identify new markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively search for potential customers through various channels (field visits, networking, referrals, online research).
- **Client Visits**: Conduct regular visits to prospective clients to understand their travel needs and present suitable solutions.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- **Sales Conversion**: Present, promote, and sell tour packages and services to existing and prospective customers.
- **Customer Nurturing**: Maintain regular communication with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Reporting**: Keep records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in CRM or company database.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the internal operations and marketing team to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and regular client visits.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and packages will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

**Salary**: 5000-9000 (Fixed + Incentives)
**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in sales (Travel industry preferred)
