**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies tailored for our technical teams, enhancing recruitment, retention, and development.
- Partner with tech department leaders to identify talent needs and gaps, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Design and oversee training programs that support the professional growth and development of our technical staff.
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on technical recruitment and team management.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and current trends in tech talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
