**What are your responsibilities as eCommerce Executive**:

- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy to improve website performance
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales from all channels such as eBay, Amazon and WordPress
- Research market in order to discover new trends and products as well as monitor competitors activities effectively to i improve sales
- Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPI’s
- Must have in-depth knowledge about Amazon and eBay customer care and service metrics
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order or have received faulty products
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
- Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure
- Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care
- Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results
- Help customers register online and process their orders
- Check product availability for customer orders and orders or restock items if necessary to satisfy the customer
- Assist financial department with customers on security checks, accounting enquiries or flagged accounting issues raised by the customer
- Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery

**What Skills, Knowledge and Experience must you acquire**:

- Must have in-depth knowledge about eBay, Amazon, and some knowloadge of WordPress
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels like eBay, Amazon and WordPress
- Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
- Previous customer support experience for at least 2 years Computer literate and able to multitask.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work to targets, be self-motivated, focused, and assertive
- fluent spoken English and written English
