**Position Description**:

- Job Role / Your future duties & responsibilities:

- he Salesforce Scrum Master for GHS IP Solution should have strong agile experience (preferably on Salesforce platform solution development) will be responsible for servant leadership of agile new Childcare IP Solution development teams.. In this capacity the Salesforce Scrum master will be a key driver in new solution development, and delivering as per stakeholder expectations to support business and product strategy.- Implement Project Management/Best Practices
- Keep all Parties on Track and Informed
- Introduce Agile Engineering Practices
- Coach Team Members on agile practices
- Host Daily Stand-up Meetings
- Assist the Product Owner with the Product Backlog
- Remove Roadblocks, impediments
- Teach Scrum Practices and Principles
- 4-5 years Scrum Master experience
- Experience working on all stages of the project development lifecycle
- Must have strong Communication & Client Facing skills
- Self-Driven and strong experience in dealing with Ambiguous situation

Essential Duties:

- 1. Act as Scrum master for 1-2 scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work.
- 2. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos
- 3. Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed
- 4. Ensure cross-team coordination
- 5. Reach out to the larger company network for impediment removal
- 6. Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing
- 7. Coach and mentor other scrum masters in our product team. Ensure that our ways of working are consistent across the teams.
- 8. Liaise between the developers and User Experience/Visual Designers. Foster better communication between the disciplines.
- 9. Act as a project manager when necessary. Take responsibility for managing dependencies between our team and third parties or between our team and other scrum teams.
- 10. Strengthen the presence of our team as an Agile centre of excellence. Actively contribute to the company’s Agile and Lean Community. Keep the rest of the company network aware of our activities.
- Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Required Skills/Experience:
- Good skills and knowledge of Servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
- Awareness and good experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills, including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors, as well as between development teams and senior leadership.
- Proven talent for uniting and motivating teams towards a common goal.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Communicative and social, Facilitative, Enthusiastic, Attitude of empowerment & Transparency

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience- Certified Scum Master or other relevant Agile project management Certifications (CSM, SAFe or PMI-ACP)

Exposure to SAAS cloud platforms
- Soft Skills:
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
- Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams.
- Mentors team members.
