**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Associate Communications**
Our growing organizations is seeking to hire an associate who will assist the management in various projects with content creation, communication and dissemination. This task involves hiring and monitoring interns, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
**Associate Communications Responsibilities**:
1. Content creation related to Aambra Foundation activities.
a. Creating and posting digital content on websites and social media platforms on daily basis.
b. Weekly Documentation, newsletter and reports of the Foundation’s activities.
c. Maintaining minutes and records
d. Organizing discussions, talks, seminars, symposiums on digital platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, Google and so on, as well as offline.
f. Maintaining resource lists
2. Mentoring a team of volunteers and interns from colleges to assist in the activities of the foundation.
3. Help raise funds for the organization.
4. The fluid job profile requires ability to work independently.
5. Aligning with external agencies national and global to take the organization to the next level.
6. The location of the office currently is Safdarjung Enclave. Hybrid Mode
7. Expected Salary Rs 18,000 - Rs 24,000 /month, open to review after 3 months
8. Timings will be 10am to 6pm, 2nd and 4th Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays would be off.
9. Minimum Qualification - Graduation from a reputed university, strong communication skills in English, ability to create quality content, 1 year of work experience in related capacity.
10. Desirable - post graduation, exposure to a leadership role in media, journalism or social sector.
