ob Summary: We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to oversee and manage our customer interactions, ensuring positive relationships and high levels of satisfaction. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and developing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and proactive engagement.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.

Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate product or service recommendations to meet their goals and expectations.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Conduct customer feedback surveys, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment on customer needs and expectations.

Monitor and track key customer metrics, such as customer satisfaction scores, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and customer retention rates.

Identify and address potential customer risks or concerns, and work proactively to mitigate any issues.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management, and propose innovative approaches to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Provide regular reports and updates on customer feedback, trends, and opportunities to management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to understand and analyze customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret customer data and feedback.

Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented approach.

Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, fostering positive relationships with internal teams.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
