Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up. Offer excellent after-sales support, handle customer complaints or concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating attractive jewellery displays and maintaining a visually appealing showroom. Ensure that products are properly showcased, priced, and labeled, and that the showroom environment reflects the brand image and target market.

Inventory Management: Monitor and track jewellery inventory levels, including stock replenishment and stocktaking. Coordinate with the showroom manager or relevant personnel to ensure adequate product availability and minimize stockouts.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales transactions, and product inventory. Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide feedback to management regarding sales performance, customer preferences, and market trends.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other team members to achieve overall showroom objectives. Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance as required to support sales activities and resolve any issues.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on jewellery industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Adherence to Policies: Follow all showroom policies, including pricing, discounts, and promotional strategies. Comply with legal and ethical guidelines, such as maintaining customer confidentiality and adhering to industry regulations related to precious metals and gemstones.
