**Key Responsibilities**:
Reach out to the customers/ drivers assigned on a daily basis (At least 70 calls/day)- Understand the concerns raised by the customer/drivers- Logically analyze the issues highlighted and cross verify.- Maintain the quality of conversation as per internal standards- Build short term relationships with prospects to improve chances of conversion- Highlight any trends and concerns to senior management

**Skill**:
- Past experience in TeleSales profile- Good Communication- Logical Thinking- Telesales/outbound calls experience- Basic computer skills (MS Office)- Have their Own Laptop & Strong WiFi connect
