**Roles & Responsibilities as a Business Relationship Executive**

l Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs.

l Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

l Conduct market research to identify potential target customers and develop strategies to reach and engage them effectively.

l Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting our products/services to clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

l Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.

l Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.

l Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.

l Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.

l Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.

l Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

l Continuously build and enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.

l Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values, products, and services in a professional and persuasive manner.

**Qualifications**:
l Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

l Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B environment.

l Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively navigate the sales process from lead generation to closing.

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.

l Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results and achieving sales targets.

l Solid negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.

l Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

l Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales activities.

l Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies, including digital marketing channels, is desirable.

l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.

l Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

l Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
