Bim Architect

We are looking for a BIM Architect with a strong visual sense of design to work with our team on signage, wayfinding, and spatial graphics projects.

This is a Remote Position.

A high level of Proficiency and Proven Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Rendering Software and Sketchup is a requirement.

An understanding of Abode InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is also required.

**Day-to-day responsibilities**
- Staying abreast of trends and learning how to incorporate them into our design work
- Understanding of the project brief, context, market, the user needs as well as project limitations
- Working with the project manager to establish appropriate creative directions and participating in team brainstorming and idea generation sessions
- Design research, benchmarking and analysis
- Design strategy development
- Design concept development
- Generating original visual executions that are both exciting and creatively attractive
- Working with team members to develop the concepts and visuals
- Working with the team to establish new skills and insights
- Coordinating projects include correspondence with clients and vendors
- Document and data management
- Being a team player

**Minimum qualifications**
- A degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Language: Impeccable English, an extra language is welcome
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Computer literacy: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects), Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, AutoCAD, or 3D animation software is welcome

Must submit a portfolio.

**Salary**: From ₹60,000.00 per month
