**Job Brief**

We are looking for strong Architects to join our team. The successful applicants will be working directly with our USA Clients assisting them in drawing Architectural plans in the high-end residential home market.

The Architectural Service Division provides Architectural services to our USA based clients.

This is an opportunity to work with an innovative company and work on USA based projects,

**Shift Timing**: 3PM to 12AM IST

**Location**:Work from home/ WFH- (Permanently Remote)

**IT assets**: Please find below details to be upgraded post selection.All the below requirements are mandatory Processor**:i5 or above Processor**, R A M**:16 GB at least**, Internet Speed**:75 Mbps**, Hard Disk (HDD)**:1 TB**, SSD**:256 GB or 512 GB (Internal)**, Graphic Card**:4 GB (Dedicated)**, Windows OS**:10 or 11**

**Note**: This is a remote position, a strong internet connection is required (company subsidy available).

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Taking a PDF Floor plan or Sketch Plan and converting it to basic construction set
- Creating elevations details for plans
- Modifying existing design sets to suit the new home.
- Drafting a typical permit set of drawings with daily guidance and redlines
- Understanding of floor plans, elevations and building sections
- Work closely with USA based clients
- B.Arch/ M.Arch Degree is required,
- Minimum 3 Years' experience with REVIT is must
- Must have 4 yrs of experience as a Architect
- USA based work experience is an added advantage
- Previous BIM experience will be highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent English Communication -Read, Write & Speak
- Highly creative and organized
- Self-motivated
