- Proven work experience as a US IT Technical Recruiter
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Must be expertise in working with W2, C2C & Fulltime requirements.
- Must be very strong in validating resumes and documents.
- Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
- Boolean string generator for LinkedIn/ Ceipal ATS.
- Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
- Must be comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.
- Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
- Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
- In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
- Proficient in English, should have excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
