Job Purpose
:
Responsible of designing the user experience of various bots and use cases across channels.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Primary Responsibilities

**User Research**:
Conduct user research activities such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user observations to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate insights and actionable recommendations for the design team.

Create user personas, user journey maps, and other research artifacts to effectively communicate user insights.

Conversation /UX Design
:
Creating conversational flows, dialog copy, and other product deliverables within the technical possibilities and constraints of Conversational AI platforms.

Conversational copy writing, customer support, general copy writing, and even experience building and testing chatbots and voice bots.

You’ll be working closely with clients, our NLP engineers, and others.

Design the experience of the bot rendering as per channel

Conceptualizing and iterate high quality end-to-end designs for conversational user interface and content including reactive and proactive approach

Understand and imbibe the design principles of the organization

Creating various avatars and usage scenario for each channel

User Research and Functionality testing for the design

Prototyping and PoC for designs and flows

Create natural language flows, wireframe, & templates

Document standards, framework and patterns, process & methodology

Secondary Responsibilities
:
Work with UX and journey leads to create artifacts i.e. Conversation Script for all three channels, wireframes, storyboards etc.

Collaborate with Development team.

**Key Success Metrics**:
Optimization on Tuning on the conversational flow

Containments/outcome of the bot

**Qualification**:
B.E/B.Tech /BFA/MFA /MCA /MBA or related discipline

**Experience**:
5+

years of relevant experience is designing Conversation UX.
