Officer- Recruiting Operations

The Recruiting Senior Specialist is an entry level position responsible for assisting in the execution and delivery of recruitment activities in coordination for Interview Scheduling with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Will be doing interview scheduling on daily basis.
- Partner with HR, Recruiters, and Business managers, to successfully manage recruiting initiatives
- Assist multiple geographically dispersed Recruiters and/or Recruiting Managers
- Complete HR System transactions, such as entering new employee data, processing job and payroll changes and ensuring compliance with all established guidelines
- Perform work in compliance with applicable regulations pertaining to immigration and work authorization
**Qualifications**:
- 6months-1 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Human Resources policies and practices preferred
- Basic knowledge of the organization, the business, and its policies
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented
