**JOB TITLE**: Admission Sales Executive

**EXPERIENCE**:2-3 Years

**LOCATION**: JMD Megapolis, Unit No. 735-736, 7th Floor, Sohna Rd, Sector 48,Gurgaon

**JOB PURPOSE**:Follow up prospects and enrol them into admissions at Footprints Preschool and Day-care centres.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Take incoming calls using Footprints systems and answer all the concerns of parents. Create and effectively communicate value propositions for Footprints.
- Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system.
- Pre
- qualify the leads by asking questions about their location, profiles, interests etc.
- Present information to the lead about the Footprints and Capture and Document information on the leads obtained through the tele calls in the system.
- Schedule and make follow up calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and remind them to visit centres for admissions.
- Do the follow up calls for admissions once the prospect has visited center.
- Timely responding all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Completing follow-ups on daily basis as per business requirements and defined workflows.

**KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS**
- Lead Conversion Rates: Visits arranged & Admissions done.
- Meeting standard calling SLAs (Calling Hours, Dial Time) and Targets SLA
- Audits reports without any non-compliance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
