International Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective international clients or customers.
- Present services, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Tailor sales pitches to suit the cultural and linguistic preferences of the target audience.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information about them.
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and budget constraints.
- Update and maintain a customer database with accurate and relevant information.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, record sales activities, and manage customer information.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and sales opportunities.
- Effectively address and overcome objections raised by potential customers during sales calls.
- Employ effective closing techniques to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
- Adapt communication style to suit the preferences and norms of the target market
- Conduct follow-up calls with potential leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or telesales, especially in an international context
- Familiarity with international markets, cultures, and business practices can be an advantage.
- The ability to communicate effectively with individuals from different cultural backgrounds is essential in an international sales role.
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
- Should be flexible to work within any time zone.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
