**Educational Qualification(s)**:
Graduate - Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field /Postgraduate - Degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.

**Role Overview**:

- You will also work with multimedia and technology teams to integrate interactive elements and assessments into the courses.
- Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.

**Required Role Attributes**:

- Develop and design high-quality online courses that align with learning objectives.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Analyze learning needs and design appropriate assessments and activities.
- Ensure courses are user-friendly, visually appealing, and interactive.
- Revise and update courses based on feedback and changing needs.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Ability to create engaging and interactive multimedia elements.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.(Git).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
- Basic project management skills.

**Additional Skills**:

- Graphic design and visual communication skills.
- Experience with video editing and animation tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for online learning.
- Familiarity with gamification and microlearning concepts.
