Educational Qualification(s):

  • Graduate
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.


Postgraduate
  • Degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.

Required Role Attributes:

  • Develop and design highquality online courses that align with learning objectives.
  • Analyze learning needs and design appropriate assessments and activities.
  • Ensure courses are userfriendly, visually appealing, and interactive.
  • Revise and update courses based on feedback and changing needs.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and elearning.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • Strong knowledge of elearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive multimedia elements.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Basic project management skills.

Additional Skills:

  • Graphic design and visual communication skills.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards for online learning.
  • Familiarity with gamification and microlearning concepts.
