Mindtickle's Content as a Service (CaaS) team helps our customers in this journey. We are looking to grow this team.


The Lead Instructional Designer will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge learning solutions that drive sales readiness and enablement for our clients.

This individual will lead a team of instructional designers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact training programs that align with business objectives and enhance sales performance.

What's in it for you?

  • Lead and manage a team of instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning content for Mindtickle's sales readiness platform.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand learning needs and objectives.
  • Design and develop innovative learning experiences, including interactive modules, simulations, videos, and assessments.
  • Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create learnercentered content that drives behavior change and performance improvement.
  • Apply data analytics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and continuously iterate to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design, sales enablement, and technologyenhanced learning.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for instructional design excellence within the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing sales content to identify emerging patterns.

We'd love to hear from you, if you:

  • Have 10 years' experience as an Instructional Designer, Content Developer or Content Designer
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading and mentoring a team of instructional designers
  • Possess advanced skills in needs analysis, storyboarding, scripting, and module production/development (using authoring tools).
  • Have proven track record of leading instructional design projects from concept to delivery, including managing timelines and budgets.
  • Possess experience with learning management systems
  • Have pursued any Bachelor's degree
  • Have Instructional Design Certification (Preferred)
  • Have experience in curriculum designing & learning consultancy (Preferred)
  • Have exposure to multiple output formats (scorm, videos, job aids, etc.) (Preferred)
