**Job Title **:Pre-Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The Pre-Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying client needs, crafting effective solutions, and presenting them in a compelling manner. This role is ideal for an individual with a solid understanding of the pre-sales process and a desire to contribute to our company's growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients to comprehend their requirements, challenges, and objectives. Collaborate closely with the sales team to tailor solutions that effectively address client needs.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting key benefits and features that align with client expectations.
- Evaluate client inquiries and requests to determine the most suitable solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions align with client needs and our product capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive proposals outlining solution benefits, features, and pricing.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends. Stay updated on competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively in the market.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships throughout the pre-sales process. Address client concerns, answer queries, and provide timely follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to refine our approach and offerings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in pre-sales or related roles within the IT Industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective presentation of ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-driven and capable of managing priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
