**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced people having good experience in **CANDY** Production.

**Reporting Relationship**

To Management

**Parallel Report**

Plant Head & HO

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plans employee shifts and work schedules.
- Coordinates job assignments and cross-training between and within divisions.
- Prepares reports and updates for upper management.
- Managing and directing production processes while ensuring optimum utilization of resource to increase cost saving, quality, yields, output and efficiency of **Candy Production.**

**Qualification & Experience**
- Food Tech degree Qualification or Equivalent of a Professional Institute.
- 2-6 Years to hands-on experience in Food Production or Candy Production.

**Competencies**
- Production Data Tracking and having good handling manpower skills.
- In-depth knowledge in Cost control and analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Food production: 2 years (preferred)
- CANDY Production: 2 years (preferred)
