Reservations Executive

**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
**Reservations**:
1. Manage reservations for individual and group bookings.
2. Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
3. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in reservation records.
**Customer Service**:
2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
3. Offer personalized recommendations and upselling/cross-selling.
**Communication**:
1. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
2. Communicate reservation details to relevant departments.
3. Maintain open communication with guests and internal stakeholders.
**Administrative Tasks**:
1. Maintain accurate records and databases.
2. Generate reports and perform data analysis.
3. Assist with special projects as needed.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Hospitality or tourism certification (desirable).
**Experience**:
- 2 years of experience in reservations or customer service.
- Knowledge of hospitality software (PMS, CRS, etc.).
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and hospitality software.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
