**Your role**
- Do you have a passion for envisioning, designing and building banking software products in an Agile environment? Are you a strategic thinker with strong business acumen? More than simply delivering features, do you aim to help execute the business strategy whilst improving the overall client experience end-to-end?
- We're looking for an IT Product Owner who can:
- Own and define the IT product vision, strategy & roadmap working closely with key business and IT Stakeholders.
- Conduct IT ecosystem landscape assessment to assess limiting and/or enabling factors and identify opportunities leverage or co-create digital solutions for various internal and external user personas.
- Partner with the Agile Crew and Stream Leadership across locations and regions, integrating our core business product & service offerings into the IT Product Strategy.
- Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders and partners across business units.
- Be responsible for maintaining and curating product backlog and work closely with the Agile POD members to prioritize and deliver them.
- Identify risks and facilitate resolution of impediments; ensure there is a structured and business value driven delivery strategy.
- Live and breathe Agile. Participate in the Agile ceremonies, receive and provide feedback during retros, track improvement action items to closure.
- Have a 360O view of the product including production stability, risk, financials, technical debt etc.

**Your team**
- You will be part of the CDIO Wealth Management Japan crew. As part of the Agile Delivery Organization (ADO), the JP Crew is aligned to the Japan location WM business and manages the technology platform and solutions through multiple autonomous pods.
- Your team will be based in Pune, India and will work closely with the wider team across other locations in APAC (Singapore, Japan, China).

**Your expertise**
- Have an engineering degree (Bachelor or Masters) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Background in hands-on software development is a must
- At least 2 years of experience in a Software Product Management role.
- Professional Software Product Management Certification is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of Agile concepts, methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) is a must
- Strong analytical aptitude and critical reasoning skills
- Team Leadership skills. You can manage a pod of developers, requirement & test engineers and keep them motivated and high-performing
- Someone who has a "can do" attitude and an eye for Quality.
- Someone with a general ability to pick up information quickly and turn around deliverables under strict time and quality constraints.
- Exposure to Banking Domain is highly desirable
