Bengaluru Karnataka, India Job Search Lab Solution Full time

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Regularly monitoring and maintaining office networks, liaising with ISPs for network support
- Managing the company’s IT assets, including Laptops, Headsets, Monitors, etc. by allocating and de-allocating them to employees based on business needs
- Installing and upgrading software and hardware for Windows laptops
- Adminstrating user accounts on various services including Google Workspace, Slack, and managing employee access on biometric devices
- Handling routine payments for IT services used by the company such as rental laptops, software subscriptions, and internet
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of all processes

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Proven work experience of 1 + years as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or a similar position in the IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent technical skills in troubleshooting software issues on Windows platforms
- Experience with IT Asset Management and related software / tools
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision
- An eye for detail

**OTHER DETAILS**This position requires a time commitment of six days per week during the 11 AM - 8 PM shift
**Location**:
Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
