Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Acumatica Administrator with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in ERP systems, focusing on Acumatica ERP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing, configuring, and customizing Acumatica modules to meet the business requirements and ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

System Administration :

- Manage and maintain Acumatica ERP system, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

- Perform user administration tasks including adding, modifying, and deleting user accounts and roles.

- Regularly update and maintain security protocols and configurations to ensure data integrity and access controls.

Customization & Configuration :

- Customize and configure Acumatica ERP modules, forms, and reports to align with business processes and workflows.

- Develop and deploy custom screens, workflows, and functionalities using Acumatica Customization Tools.

- Collaborate with various teams to design, build, test, and deploy customizations and third-party integrations.

Support & Troubleshooting :

- Provide hands-on support for all Acumatica-related issues, troubleshoot and resolve system errors, performance issues, and data discrepancies.

- Work closely with users to understand business needs and provide functional and technical solutions using Acumatica ERP.

- Monitor system performance, database health, and conduct periodic audits to ensure operational efficiency.

Integrations & Data Management :

- Integrate Acumatica with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using REST APIs and other integration mechanisms.

- Manage data migrations, imports, exports, and backups, ensuring data integrity and availability.

- Develop and execute data validation, cleansing, and deduplication processes.

Upgrades & Patches :

- Lead Acumatica ERP version upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.

- Perform system testing and validation during version upgrades, ensuring compatibility and performance across modules.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in ERP administration with a strong focus on Acumatica.

- Expertise in Acumatica platform tools, including dashboards, customizations, and integrations.

- Strong knowledge of Acumatica configuration, workflows, and customization packages.

- Proficiency in SQL queries and database management related to Acumatica.

- Experience with integrating Acumatica ERP with other platforms using REST APIs, Web Services, etc.

- Advanced understanding of ERP security best practices, user role management, and permission settings.

- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Acumatica ERP certification(s).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with business processes such as finance, manufacturing, sales, distribution, and project management within Acumatica.
