**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the blending process of powders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and optimize blending processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
- Perform quality control tests on blended powders and ensure they meet product specifications and industry standards.
- Ensure the safety of production staff and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the blending process.
- Provide technical support to other departments, such as quality control, packaging, and shipping.
- Develop new products and improve existing ones through research and development.
- Train and lead production staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as research and development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment with company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in pharma, food science technology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the health supplements, nutraceutical industry, particularly in blending powders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in quality control testing and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and FSSAI regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to innovate.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (required)

**Experience**:
