**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize formulations for nutraceutical products, focusing on flavor enhancement and masking undesirable tastes in powders, tablets, capsules, and liquids.
- Conduct rigorous testing and experimentation to develop the perfect taste profiles while ensuring nutritional efficacy.
- Utilize modern technology and scientific methods to improve product stability, absorption, and consumer satisfaction.
- Work closely with ingredient suppliers to select and evaluate flavoring agents and masking compounds.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate new technologies and ingredients that can enhance product performance and appeal.
- Scale up new formulations from the lab to manufacturing, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with all production and regulatory standards.
- Provide expertise in the selection and handling of herbs and other natural ingredients, focusing on maintaining their therapeutic properties while enhancing taste.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory changes affecting nutraceutical product development.
- Support marketing and sales teams by providing scientific insights and technical information for product promotions and educational materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in food product development, preferably in nutraceuticals or related industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in flavor chemistry, sensory evaluation, and food formulation.
- Proficient in techniques for masking bitterness and improving the sensory attributes of health products.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with laboratory and pilot plant equipment.
- Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, capable of working in cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards related to nutraceuticals and dietary supplements.
