Currently, we employ a team of over 700 IT professionals across 15 branches and enjoy high brand recall and repeat purchases from most of our customers

With a backing of over 25+ years of experience, we are now embarking on expanding our D2C E-Commerce team, to attain market leadership in this field in a quick period of time. Towards this objective, we are in the process of hiring a team of young, hardworking, self-driven, result oriented professionals to help us on our journey towards this ambitious target.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Manage and grow sales through our e-commerce platform, including but not limited to website sales, online marketplaces, and social media channels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to optimize sales performance and customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

**Required Experience and Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably within the computer and gaming industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Passion for technology and gaming products, with a deep understanding of industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
