**Job Title**:NDT Sales Executive

**Location**: Pune

**Experience**: 3-5 years

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Development**:Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive NDT services within the infrastructure market.

**Client Engagement**:Identify and engage potential clients, presenting our NDT services and solutions tailored to their needs.

**Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

**Proposal Development**:Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

**Relationship Management**:Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the technical and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery and address client needs.

**Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM software.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in NDT or related fields within the construction/infrastructure sector.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of NDT techniques and standards (e.g., ASNT, ASTM).

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune.
