- Assist in the promotion of the agency’s services and programs through face-to-face marketing.
- Gather real-time feedback from potential students to inform marketing strategies and refine our offerings.
- **Reporting & Data Collection**:

- Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain records of leads and interactions and ensure data is entered accurately into the CRM system for follow-up actions.
- Provide regular feedback on the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer preferences.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the internal marketing team to align field activities with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, event management, or BTL marketing campaigns (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in CRM tools and reporting software is a plus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for international education and helping students achieve their dreams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with digital marketing and social media promotions.
- Previous experience in the study abroad or education industry is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of cultural trends and local market dynamics.
