- Monitor social media trends, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new social media tools/platforms, and implement them where relevant.
- Monitor and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and streamline workflows.
Monitor and promptly address any issues, crises, or negative feedback on social media platforms
