The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. What you will be responsible for
As Operations Lead you will
- Work closely with team members across the organization to gather data and understand reporting needs
- Lead analysis, identification, development and implementation of initiatives to improve and optimize business processes and operations
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement process changes
- Develop and implement metrics and reporting to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Work with the leads and for guiding, coaching and development of staff
- Work with leads to be able to step up and own the process in the absence of manager
- Understand client documentation and assist the team members in interpreting the client documentation
- Possess excellent negotiation skills to be able to work with the sub custodians during stringent timelines or when exceptions are required
- Own up and resolve issues and prioritize actions with mínimal assistance from reporting manager.
- Ensure high levels of service are maintained
- Proactively work with multiple region stake holders and get good feedback for self and the team.
- Be able resolve any issues/ act as a single point of contact for queries related to the team and gain the confidence of onshore management

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Overall of 8+ years of experience at minimum in related industry, experience in financial services or consulting
