Inside Sales Coordinator

Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential clients
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through strategic lead generation activities.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, addressing customer questions, and providing additional information as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Must have knowledge of tally and Excel
