Office Cordinator

**Location**: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura
**Experience**: Minimum 2 Years
**Industry Preference**: Product Based (Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/FMCG/Medical Products/Cosmetics/Food/Beverage/Supplements etc.)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle Director’s Desk, providing administrative and secretarial support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and various stakeholders including employees, customers, vendors, agencies, and other professionals.
- Manage incoming calls on behalf of the Managing Director, ensuring prompt and professional execution.
- Follow up with employees and factory personnel for day-to-day work progress, facilitating Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
- Prepare and finalize Minutes of Meetings (MOM), ensuring timely distribution and follow-up with concerned employees.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring seamless workflow and effective communication.
- Utilize expertise in tendering and bidding processes, including knowledge of the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal.
- Execute HR duties including recruitment processes, fostering a productive and engaged workforce.
- Coordinate sales activities, facilitate business development initiatives, and support sales team as required.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Manage social media platforms effectively, contributing to brand visibility and engagement.
- Liaise with various departments and Heads of Departments (HODs), ensuring smooth coordination and timely reporting.
- Expertise in Google Suites including Google Forms and Google Spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiently analyze data and reports, identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Work on delegation sheets, Performance Management System (PMS), Financial Management System (FMS), Inventory Management System (IMS), and Manufacturing Information Management System (MIMS).
- Familiarity with SAP modules including Material Management (MM), Financials (FI), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong command over English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a product-based industry is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Pay: ₹10,579.96 - ₹27,016.52 per month
