**Role Overview**:
The Office Coordinator ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office resources, and providing support to staff and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Operations**: Maintain office supplies, manage equipment, oversee office upkeep.
- **Administrative Support**: Schedule meetings, manage files, handle communications.
- **Visitor Relations**: Greet visitors, arrange meeting spaces, and support client-facing activities.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan office events and assist in logistics.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in office/admin roles.
- **Skills**: Organizational, communication, multitasking, Microsoft Office.
- **Education**: High school diploma (associate degree or higher preferred).
- **Other**: Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work independently.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based, standard hours.
- Occasional overtime or travel as needed.

Pay: ₹10,567.16 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
