**Bioinformatics Analyst**

**Requirements:

- **
- Must have good programming skills in core python and R programming.
- Good knowledge of machine learning to train model to fit biological data.
- Knowledge of Biology
- Must have knowledge of Linux and should be able to build independent pipelines to handle NGS data (single cell data, NGS data, RNAseq, ChIP-seq, DAPseq data, Hi-c data, microarray data)
- Graphical representation of analysed data using ggplot, matplotlib, seaborn, pygal and etc
- Knowledge of Genomic databases
- Knowledge of Next generation sequencing
- Inquisitiveness to learn and good problem solving ability
- Bioinformatics, computational biology, any life science background or related fields who have knowledge of python and R can apply

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement bioinformatics pipelines for the analysis of high-throughput genomic data.
- Perform data processing, quality control, and statistical analysis of biological datasets.
- Stay current with advancements in bioinformatics and computational biology research.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience working with next-generation sequencing (NGS) data.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques applied to biological data analysis.

**Role**:

- You will be a part of newly established company and will play a part handling bioinformatics data as a part of research and development. Also able to write research papers of the generated data.

**Experience**:
1-2 yr.
