**Sales Job Description**:
Required with 0 -10 years of experience in adhesives and sealant field with Team Management skills to handle both B2B and B2C business
Job Location : Entire India
Position : Executive/ Area sales manager/ Regional sales manager/ Divisional Sales Manager
Salary Range - 20,000 to 80,000 Per month

**Position Requirement**:
UG/PG MBA with Chemical Eng/ Chemistry must be from a good Institute
Minimum 0 -10 years’ experience in Adhesives & Sealants or related field with B2B & B2C experience
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Though will be working in a team, the role calls for independent working with strong analytical and Conceptual skills to comprehend variety of Quantitative and Qualitative inputs
Fluent in communication.
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Drive identified initiatives in the Zone to achieve the overall Sales Objectives.
2. Identify & effectively implement major and key initiatives at Zonal level in the areas of Market Development, B2B, Distribution expansion & Sales Operations and Key Large Account Management.
3. Identify the critical grey areas of the Zone affecting sales & take remedial informed actions.
4. Continuously monitor market movement and sales matrix status
5. Weave strategy to avail uninterrupted sales for the financial year and breakdown into monthly sales plan to achieve the business objectives of the assigned Zones.
6. Prepare a contingency plan for mitigating situations based on long term relationships with key customers/distributors.
**Market Development**:
7. Carry out intensive visits to interact with B2B customers, distributors and end-users and employees,
8. Ensure to collect feedback on all aspects of the business including product quality, pricing, packing, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities, schemes etc.
9. Identify success stories and replicate in other parts of the zone. Ensure to share with the leadership team and HO for replication in other parts of India.
**People & Process Management**:
10. Ensure to provide required coaching and directions to team to enable performance
11. Monitor team performance, progress and identify poor performance and related hindrances.
12. Mentor poor performance to overcome hindrances area-wise and exercise coaching for performance improvement.
13. Identify high performers and communicate to influence and accelerate performance and optimum utilization of available potential of the team.
14. Develop, nurture and retain a pool of key talent in the assigned Zone.
**Inventory Management & Receivables Control**:
15. Regularly monitor inventory pile up in slow
- & non-moving SKUs, take remedial actions.
16. Intervene to drive collection of receivables in case of exceptions.
17. Ensure implementation of commercial policy.
18. Drive key distributor/dealer programs
19. Periodically engage with end user/influencer panels for seeking feedback and suggestions.
**Demand Generation**:
20. Design of Market Development activities.
21. Work with Regional Market Development Manager to make Annual and Quarterly plans for market development activities.
**Product/Scheme & Competition**:
24. Accountable for:
- Product Launch
- Scheme Designs and feedback on effectiveness of schemes.
- Development and implementation of competition fighting strategy in consultation with HO.
**Other Supporting Role**:
26. Coordinate with or prepare an annual budget and business plan for the assigned zone.
27. Give inputs to the Head on Region/Zone specific requirements in scheme designs.
28. Coordinate with the Head for execution of field marketing activities in regions.
