**Role Description**:
As a Salesforce Tester, you will support the team with testing best practices to ensure quality is built in and inherent to team delivery.

**Basic Qualifications & Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce Applications Testing.
- Strong knowledge in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge in using workbench, DataLoader and Salesforce Reports/Dashboards.
- Basic Knowledge in writing SOQL queries
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects.
- Strong in Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience covering Functional and Non-Functional testing.
- Knowledge in SDLC and STLC.

**Nice to Have**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with working on JIRA (Or another equivalent tool) preferred
- Salesforce Certifications (Admin/Sales/Service Cloud)
