Senior QA Tester (Manual & Automation Testing | Salesforce Testing | 100% Remote)
About the Role

We are seeking a Senior QA Tester with expertise in manual and automation testing and Salesforce testing to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote role, offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, flexible environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts to ensure software functionality, reliability, and usability.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications, including integrations, workflows, and customizations.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, business analysts, and project stakeholders to understand requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Identify, log, and track defects through their lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Implement best practices in automation testing, using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage by creating and maintaining traceability matrices.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, providing clear and actionable insights to the team.
  • Continuously improve testing processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

RequirementsRequired Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce testing, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
  • Strong experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for database validations.
  • Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • ISTQB or other relevant certifications (preferred).
